As part of our Work Plan we analyze the amount of time it takes to complete tasks to schedule properly and get an accurate estimate of how much our staff can clean in a set period of time. We assess each facility to get the total square feet, the size of the restrooms, clean room, warehouse, etc.

By analyzing each area we can estimate accurately how much time our staff should spend in each area. After the initial assessment each employee is given the timeframe to perform his daily tasks.
